Fidelity Systems uses the information to personalize and deliver the
services you have requested and to manage your account. The Fidelity

Generally, Fidelity Systems does not disclose customer information
to third parties. In some instances, where Fidelity Systems is
engaged with a trusted partner in a joint promotion, Fidelity

name and address of Customers for the sole purpose of assessing the
results of the promotion. The partner will be bound by this Privacy
Policy, just as Fidelity Systems is, and will not use the
information for any other purpose. Fidelity Systems. may also share
non-identifying aggregate information (for example the number of
Fidelity Systems. customers but not their names or addresses).

such disclosure is necessary to (1) comply with the order of any
court or governmental agency; or (2) protect and defend the rights
or property of Fidelity Systems or Fidelity Systems users.
