Collection of Personal Information
Fidelity Systems collects personal information from its users in different ways as more fully described below.
Subscribers may be asked to provide certain personal information when they establish their user account with Fidelity Systems including name, company name, address and telephone number. Fidelity Systems uses this information to set up your account and to personalize your service.
Computer Hardware and Software Information
Fidelity Systems also automatically collects certain technical information about your computer hardware and software including your IP address, browser type, domain names, and access times and referring web site addresses. This information is used by Fidelity Systems to provide and maintain the quality of its service and to provide general information regarding the use of the Fidelity Systems web sites.

Please remember that if you directly disclose personal information through e-mail, chat rooms, instant messaging, online shopping (see below) or by other such means of online communication, that information could be collected and used by others. Fidelity Systems does not read any of your online communications.

Fidelity Systems uses the information to personalize and deliver the services you have requested and to manage your account. The Fidelity Systems web site also uses this information to inform you of other products or services available from us.

Fidelity Systems reserves the right to revise or modify this policy, our Internet Service Agreement and any other policies or agreements at any time. Notice of any revision or modification will be provided in accordance with the Internet Service Agreement.
